  • Oleg
    Studio owner and lead instructor, Oleg, was born into a family of dancers and began his journey at the age of 5. After competing in Moldova in both International Standard and Latin styles, he earned the title of Moldovan Junior Champion and spent 15 years competing internationally. His passion for dance eventually led him to teaching, first abroad and later in the United States. For the past 18 years, Oleg has been helping clients perfect their dance skills in New York and, since 2016, in Miami.
    Oleg teaches ballroom, International Standard, and Latin dance. He is also a specialist in wedding dance choreography and dance fitness. Outside the studio, he’s passionate about cars and adores spending time with kids.
  • Valeria
    Valeria is a highly accomplished dance coach and choreographer with extensive experience in ballroom dancing, modern choreography, and women’s plasticity. As a competitive dancer, she has earned numerous honors and taken on key roles in theatrical performances with thousands of spectators.
    With over a decade of teaching, Valeria has worked on major productions and is the co-founder of the UpGrade International Fit & Dance Academy. She helps students discover their body’s strength and artistic potential through personalized coaching.
    Valeria is passionate about travel and draws inspiration from different cultures to enrich her dance classes.
  • Ralph
    With over 20 years of passion and dedication, Ralph is a celebrated dancer and instructor known for blending Cuban-American heritage with contemporary styles. As a performer, Ralph has captivated audiences worldwide with fluid movements and vibrant energy. For the past 15 years, Ralph has been teaching dancers of all levels, sharing expertise in Cuban Rueda, LA Style, On 2 New York Style, and both traditional and modern/sensual Bachata.
    Ralph’s teaching philosophy celebrates dance as a form of culture, connection, and joy. Whether leading a lively Rueda or guiding students through Bachata’s sensual rhythms, Ralph brings creativity and authenticity to every class. A proud vegan, Ralph is also passionate about cooking and sharing new flavors.
  • Armando
    Armando Orzuza, a master Tango teacher, dancer, and choreographer from Buenos Aires, began his professional career in 1990 after learning from original Milongueros. He has performed in renowned productions, including Tango Passion on Broadway, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and Once Upon a Tango. As a choreographer, he worked on Evita and Madonna’s Re-invention tour. He has produced Tango shows in the U.S. and Japan and taught worldwide at festivals, universities, and theaters. He currently performs and teaches internationally with Nuria Martínez.
  • Nuria
    Nuria Martinez, a Spanish dancer, trained in ballet at Madrid’s National School under Maya Plisetskaya and studied at the Laban Center in London and Merce Cunningham Studio in NYC. She performed in West Side Story at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and worked as a modern dancer in NYC before transitioning to professional Tango in 2005 with Armando Orzuza. She has performed in major productions worldwide and taught master classes in Ballet, Modern Dance, and Tango. A graduate of Empire State College, she currently performs and teaches internationally with Orzuza.
